What have we done recently?

Using the Master Persons Analysis tool  we identified the ideal Sales Manager profile for a global business. This incorporated retail, account managers and enterprise sales managers. Each individual was assessed against the ideal profile and received developmental feedback followed by a series of workshops based on the groups needs. As a result the business has seen an improvement in the quality of their sales managers and subsequently an increase in their business.
